Join us on this unforgettable journey through the magical landscape of Cappadocia.

Full Day Cappadocia Red Tour /North Cappadocia Tour Itinerary

• We will pick you up from your Cappadocia hotel at approximately 9:30 am. Our first stop will be at Uçhisar Castle, the highest rock formation in the area. Your guide will explain how this magnificent landscape was formed.

• Next, we will visit Göreme Open Air Museum where your guide will describe the significance of Christianity and monastic life in Cappadocia. After that, you'll have time to explore the 10th and 11th-century cave churches and monasteries which are adorned with beautifully painted frescoes depicting famous biblical scenes.

• Our itinerary continues as we travel to Çavuşin village to see the old Greek houses that were abandoned during the Greek/Turkish population exchange in 1924.

• We will then have a buffet-style lunch in Avanos, where you can indulge in a wide range of Cappadocian cuisine, including mezes, salads, meat and vegetarian dishes, and desserts.

• After lunch, we will visit an authentic family-run pottery workshop located in an underground cave in Avanos. Here you can witness a master demonstrate how to make a pot, and watch painters and glazers apply delicate patterns. You may even have the opportunity to make your own unique pot on the potter's wheel.

• In Paşabağı (Monks Valley), we will stroll through unusual clusters of multi-headed mushroom-shaped "fairy chimneys," rock formations that are unique to Cappadocia. The Chapel of Saint Simeon is also located in this valley.

• Our last stop is Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley), where we will explore a stunning valley filled with natural rock formations in many recognizable shapes, including the famous camel-shaped rock. Use your imagination and see what other shapes you can find!

• We will drive you back to your hotel after a day of exploration.
