Pamukkale is not difficult to visit, but timing changes the whole experience. Early morning and late afternoon usually feel much better than midday.
Ephesus is beautiful, but in summer the heat becomes part of the plan. Starting early can make the visit much easier.
A good Turkey itinerary is not only about adding more places. Sometimes the better trip is the one with fewer rushed transfers.
